Individual & Group Sessions
Individualized, tailored, one-on-one meetings train mental skills and improve overall performance, consistency, and enjoyment. Some of the most popular 1:1 sessions focus on learning to coach yourself with effective self-talk, conquer performance slumps, and solidify or re-instill motivation.
Group and Team-centered sessions are designed to address the unique goals of the participating team. Sessions offer interactive learning and practicing to help mental skills "stick" and effectively translate to the performance environment. Establish team vision and mission and values, build team cohesion, harmonize multiple individual and team goals and responsibilities, instill leadership and character building, or teach mental skills.
