Why Work on Mentality?
The best performers understand the importance of and pursue not just physical preparation, but also mental/psychological preparation. Modern athletes understand that mental/psychological aspects of performance are as important as all the other areas that they deliberately train. As a Sport/Performance Psychologist, I am here to help you examine and grow your skillfulness in the psychological aspects that are inherent in every area of your performance: physical, technical, tactical, and interpersonal.
